This role is within an active utilities and energy services company. The responsible will guide the national sales network and develop a B2B client portfolio, contributing to revenue growth and service expansion.

Base Pay Range

Salary range is provided by Passyer web; final pay is based on skills and experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinamento e motivazione del team commerciale e degli agenti
• Definizione e implementazione della strategia di vendita a medio-lungo termine
• Gestione clienti chiave, sviluppo nuove opportunità e fidelizzazione
• Analisi di mercato, dei competitor e dei KPI di vendita
• Partecipazione a fiere, eventi e incontri con partner strategici

Requirements

• Ottime doti comunicative ed organizzative
• Buon utilizzo dei sistemi informatici
• Capacità di leadership e gestione team
• Forte orientamento al risultato e al cliente
• Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali

Offer

• Contratto di 6 mesi rinnovabile + sistema di incentivi legato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
• Orario full time, 40 ore settimanali flessibili
