About The Job As Head of Scientific Service within our Medical Affair, you’ll l ensures the medical-scientific governance of promotional and non-promotional activities falling within the scope of Law 219, the Farmindustria Code of Ethics. Ready to get started?

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Company's Scientific Service function.
Ensure that all scientific information and promotional activities related to medicinal products comply with applicable regulations and industry ethical standards.
Oversee the review and approval of promotional and scientific materials intended for healthcare professionals.
Ensure the appropriate scientific and regulatory training of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives and verify their ongoing compliance with legal requirements.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Compliance, and Quality teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of disseminated information.
Support interactions with AIFA and other competent regulatory authorities, providing information and assistance as required during inspections or monitoring activities.
Ensure the timely implementation of any measures, recommendations, or requirements issued by health authorities.
Foster a corporate culture based on scientific rigor, transparency, integrity, and ethical conduct.
About You We are seeking a soldi ethic and influencer leader, with agile attitude to work in complex and highly competitive environments:
Key Capabilities Include
Experience: Solid experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry within Medical Affairs, Compliance, Scientific Service, Regulatory and In-depth knowledge of Legislative Decree 219/2006 and the regulations governing pharmaceutical promotion;
Soft and technical skills: Excellence execution: Ethical integrity, compliance awareness, and execution rigor; Agility & decision-making; ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, complex, and ambiguous environments. Stakeholder influencing: strong ability to engage and influence our leaders; solid Knowledge of the EFPIA Code and the Farmindustria Code of Conduct.
Education: Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, preferred MD
Languages: Fluency in Italian and English
