Business Security – Aeronautics Division Security, we are looking for a **Security Supervisory Manager for B.U. Service**, at our **Torino Caselle Sud** office.The person, supporting the Division Security Manager, will be responsible for providing operational and managerial contributions to the following activities:* Coordination and management of Physical Security and TULPS, in support of the Division Security Manager. Specifically, the resource will have to: * Define and coordinate the operations of the Surveillance service dedicated to the protection of company assets. * Manage the organization and Physical Security devices in relation to the critical issues or Security needs that emerge during the course of Business activities. * Define and monitor the development of activities for the implementation or integration of active and passive physical security infrastructures. * Coordinate the Physical Security organization through the preparation of prevention and contrast measures against any internal and external threats to the Company.* Support the holders of TULPS licenses in fulfilling the relevant regulations.* Verify the development of Programs by checking the correct observance of the Security requirements provided by company procedures and guidelines on Security matters.**Educational Qualification**Degree/Diploma in legal/technical fields**Seniority**Experience equal to or greater than 10 years in similar roles**Technical Skills*** knowledge of regulations and technologies in physical security* knowledge of methodologies for verifying and analyzing company procedures;
* knowledge of TULPS regulations.**Behavioral Skills*** ability to work in a team;
* excellent relational skills;
* speed in understandingthe context and adapting the relationship based on one's interlocutor (company structures, governmental and program stakeholders, Prefectures, FF.OO, Institutional Bodies, etc.);
