Tempus Spa - Responsibility Person Fish Department

Tempus Italia spa, agency leader in personnel selection, urgently looks for a Responsibility Person for the fish department for a primary client company operating in the GDO/supermarkets sector.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for the department.
• Sell directly to the public fish products.
• Disassemble, portion, weigh, package and price products; prepare products in trays, package and display at the counter, including preparations such as fish hamburgers, kebabs, etc.
• Set up the counter by arranging products in accordance with communication and hygiene standards.
• Welcome, orient, and advise customers according to expressed needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in specific operational contexts and knowledge of the related products.
• Previous experience in the role (at least 3 years) in analogous contexts.
• Preferably holding the HACCP certificate.

Work Schedule

Full‑time 40 hours per week on shifting schedules that change weekly from Monday to Sunday with a rotating day of rest.

Location

Albisola (SV).
