Your responsibilities:

1. Perform daily inspections and checks on the proper functioning of systems
2. Carry out corrective interventions and repairs of equipment
3. Participate in daily meetings with department heads to update and prioritize interventions
4. Maintain and supervise the list of periodic inspections to ensure all equipment and systems operate correctly
5. Supervise external contractor activities and record all performed activities
6. Implement inventory registers for spare parts and equipment
7. Daily pool verification, record keeping, and dosage control
8. Verify proper operation of SPA, fitness area, and technical rooms for pools

Your profile:

• BE YOURSELF - always be yourself
• Technical diploma
• At least 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician
• Reliability, autonomy
• Availability to provide on-call support outside working hours with compensation
• Good manual skills, familiarity with small masonry, plumbing, carpentry jobs
• Ability to adapt and solve daily routine problems
• Knowledge of English or German is a plus
• Previous experience in resorts and hospitality structures is a plus
