Innovation, continuous research, digital industry, and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain area of the Electronic Division at the Campi Bisenzio site, we are looking for a **Plant Logistics Manager.**The selected individuals will be integrated into the structure of the Manufacturing & Supply Chain function with the aim of improving internal and external logistics processes, rationalizing warehouse inventories, and making supplies to production lines more efficient through collaboration with central functional areas.The individuals will be responsible for the following activities:* Analyzing and optimizing processes in the Logistics area and coordinating both inbound and outbound flows;
* Analyzing productionsupply logics to reduce material throughput time from warehouse to production, acting, in particular, on non-value-added activities;
* Reducing material picking costs;
* Reducing WIP in processing areas, by ensuring that only what needs to be processed arrives;
* Eliminating indirectactivities performed by direct production operators.**Education:** Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent**Required Experience Level:** Expert (3-5 years)**Technical Knowledge and Skills*** Company organization, main responsibilities and processes* Skills in product life cycle management;
