The candidate will take the newly created role as Chief Information Security Officer and will oversee Information security across the steadily growing network of companies part of the Elemaster Corporation.

He/she will join a young, multicultural, and skilled team where new ideas and expertise are highly valued. The focus is on establishing and maintaining an organization’s vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected.

Travel may be required to support policy, stakeholder alignment and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Implement comprehensive information security strategies, policies and standards.
• Identify, asses and prioritise security risks. Implement mitigations and manage cyber risks across the organization.
• Define and manage the execution of incident response plans and recoveries.
• Ensure adherence to regulations such as GDPR, NIS2. Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
• Organize and monitor security awareness and training to promote security culture.
• Assess and monitor third-party vendors to ensure they meet organizational security requirements.
• Ensure the organization meets customer requirements and assist customers during audits.

Experience Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and emerging threats.
• Experience in IT security, risk management, and business operationsIntermediate
• English language, spoken and written
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
• Information security related certifications are a plus
