Head of Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about building high-impact talent strategies, driving global recruitment transformation, and shaping a strong employer brand across diverse markets? We are partnering with a leading international industrial Group to identify a Head of Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding — a role that blends strategic thinking, operational leadership, and global talent engagement.
The company is managing numerous recruitment initiatives worldwide and is actively redesigning its global people strategy. This role offers the chance to drive change, lead a talented international team, and deliver results that elevate the Group’s global positioning and workforce quality.
Your Mission
- Define and execute a global Talent Acquisition roadmap aligned with business growth and organizational needs
- Partner with senior stakeholders (HRBP, C-level, Functional Leaders) to develop workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and strategic recruitment plans
- Lead and develop an international team of recruiters and TA specialists
- Personally handle executive-level and strategic hiring needs
- Innovate and scale recruitment processes: automation, data-driven sourcing, KPI tracking, ATS optimization, candidate experience
- Own the Employer Branding strategy: digital campaigns, storytelling, events, talent community nurturing, partnerships
- Strengthen relationships with universities, business schools, talent networks, and DEI organizations
- Promote internal mobility, employee referral, and ambassador programs
- Monitor and report hiring performance using HR analytics, dashboards, surveys, and feedback loops
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10+ years in Talent Acquisition, Global Recruiting and Employer Branding roles
- Proven experience in international/multinational environments, ideally with exposure to technical, engineering, R&D, digital, life sciences, or consulting sectors
Previous role as Head of TA, Talent Lead, Global Recruiting Manager, Head of Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
