Life Resort Manager:
The Resort Life Manager leads the overall guest experience, blending hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle in line with brand standards. They coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver memorable, tailored stays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full guest experience, integrating hospitality, wellness, activities, and lifestyle services
- Coordinate departments (front office, spa, F&B, outdoor activities, guest relations) to ensure consistency and excellence
- Design tailored experiential programs aligned with brand identity and guest expectations
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback and KPIs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, packages, and lifestyle initiatives
- Train and motivate staff to deliver empathetic, proactive, and memorable service
Requirements:
- Proven managerial experience in luxury resorts, boutique hotels, or wellness properties
- Strong guest-centric approach, personalization skills, and attention to detail
- Cross-functional expertise in hospitality, wellness, events, and communication
- Empathetic leadership and ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent command of English and preferably a second language
