JANUS et Cie, THE DESIGN-FOCUSED LEADER IN THE FURNITURE INDUSTRY AND WE ARE SEEKING A RESIDENTIAL SALES SPECIALIST for our beautiful showroom in Milan, Italy. The ideal candidate will have luxury furniture experience, business development and networking skills.
DUTIES
- Developing and delivering presentations to architects, designers, purchasing agents and owner’s representatives in the residential sector
- Selling within the Residential market sector
- Generating solutions and quotes for clients
- Creating and closing sales
- Prospecting new accounts
- Managing current accounts to ensure company and client satisfaction
- Handling day-to-day customer care together with your back up team
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
- Interacts with all levels throughout organization including employees and outside vendors
- Previous outside sales experience with luxury products is a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Italian and English language skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to assist the sales team as needed
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
