BRIEF COMPANY PRESENTATION
The Gas Plus SpA Exploration & Production (E&P) division is involved in the development and production of natural gas and oil deposits. In Italy it holds 40 mining concessions, 30 of them are Operated Assets and it is looking for new domestic and international opportunities.
The Company is engaged as Operator of an important Onshore Gas Field development in Italy (start-up executed in May 2025) and also in Romania Offshore as partner non-operator.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The announcement is aimed to research a qualified technical expertise (M/F) to take responsibility of a Reservoir & Petroleum Engineering position within the E&P division involved into comprehensive activities for both domestic and international Assets.
KEY DUTIES OF THE ROLE
- Execution of reservoir studies and implementation of 3D reservoir modelling;
- Support in the preparation of production reporting and annual production budget;
- Execution of technical evaluation of production scenarios;
- Evaluation of reservoir and well performances.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering/Geoenergy (preferably) or in Mining, Environmental, Hydraulic or Mechanical Engineering is required;
- Work experience in the Reservoir Engineering for minimum three years is required;
- Languages: Italian/English (written and spoken);
- Residence in Italy is a preferable solution.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Required Technical skills for reservoir numerical modeling (Eclipse/Petrel package);
- Experience in Data Management and ability to prepare technical reports;
- Experience in designing, supervising and interpreting well tests and monitoring well performance;
- Experience in gas field management and production optimization processes.
WORKPLACE
Italy (Milan/ Parma district) and with possible business trips to other EU countries.
REMUNERATION/BENEFITS
They will be evaluated based on the candidate experience.

All applicants will be considered in compliance with the Italian laws 903/77 and 125/91 and Italian legislative decrees 215/03 and 216/03.
