What will be your mission?
As a Reservations Staff , you will record all details of incoming calls and coordinate each reservation ensuring guest satisfaction.
What will you do?- Encourage upselling and meeting set revenue targets each month.
- Be fully aware of the hotel's sales strategy, rates, packages, groups and booking status at all times.
- Process and respond within 24 hours to all reservation requests according to standards.
- Be up-to-date with current hotel information and data including room types, rates, facilities, F&B departments and promotions.
- Maximize quality levels of product, service and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that all guest satisfaction issues are reported, monitored and followed up in a timely manner.
- Monitor daily arrivals by ensuring that all guest requests are fulfilled and that all expectations are met.
- Attend hotel events, daily briefings and training to enhance professional skills.
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness.
- Stress resistance and an organized working method.
- Flexibility, accuracy and helpfulness.
- Good level of English both verbal and written
- Always thinking one step ahead and attention to detail.
- Relevant work experience is a plus.
