Role Description

As Reservation Supervisor , you will play a key role in maximizing room revenue and ensuring a seamless reservation experience for our guests. You will oversee the daily operations of the reservations department, maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service, and act as a liaison between the Reservations team and other hotel departments.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and coordinating daily reservations activities and workload distribution

• Ensuring all bookings are accurately processed, entered, and confirmed in the system

• Monitoring room availability, rate strategy, and inventory in collaboration with the Revenue Manager

• Handling VIP and special requests with attention to detail and personalized service

• Supporting and training team members to maintain service and accuracy standards

• Responding to guest and travel partner inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Reviewing no-shows, cancellations, and revenue reports to identify opportunities for improvement

• Collaborating closely with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth communication and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a reservations role within luxury hospitality (supervisory level preferred)

• Strong knowledge of reservation systems (Opera PMS or similar) and channel management tools

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and detail

• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a small team

• Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)

• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
