Nobu Milano is looking for a Reservation Specialist who can satisfy customers by following the directions of the Receptionist Supervisor and the Managers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to the many booking requests that come in through the company's Channel Manager, OTA platforms, and e‑mail
- Ensure that all reservation requests are processed promptly and accurately, with attention to detail and following company policies
- Collaborate with other Teams to coordinate booking details
- Deal with changes, cancellations and any requests from prospective guests
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reservation processes and suggest ideas to optimize efficiency and guest experience
- Collect information about the customer and share it with the other departments to ensure the optimization of the guest service
Requirements
Must have skills
- Profiency in Italian and English
- Previous experience in similar duties
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different company departments
- Passion for the tourism and hospitality industry
Nice to have skills
- Fluency in any other language apart from english
