Reservation Specialist - Nobu Milano

Nobu Milano is looking for a Reservation Specialist who can satisfy customers by following the directions of the Receptionist Supervisor and the Managers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to the many booking requests that come in through the company's Channel Manager, OTA platforms, and e‑mail
• Ensure that all reservation requests are processed promptly and accurately, with attention to detail and following company policies
• Collaborate with other Teams to coordinate booking details
• Deal with changes, cancellations and any requests from prospective guests
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reservation processes and suggest ideas to optimize efficiency and guest experience
• Collect information about the customer and share it with the other departments to ensure the optimization of the guest service

Requirements

Must have skills

• Profiency in Italian and English
• Previous experience in similar duties
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different company departments
• Passion for the tourism and hospitality industry

Nice to have skills

• Fluency in any other language apart from english
