We are seeking an organized and client-focused
Reservation Planning Coordinator
to assist with researching options, coordinating reservations, and managing important details throughout the planning process.
The ideal candidate communicates clearly, enjoys helping others, and can keep multiple requests organized while providing professional and timely support.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
Assist with planning and coordinating reservations
Review availability and reservation details
Provide confirmations, updates, and relevant information
Assist with modifications and special requests
Maintain accurate client and reservation records
Follow up on pending requests and outstanding information
Coordinate with service providers when necessary
Ensure reservation details are organized and accurate
Provide professional client support throughout the process
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Customer-focused and professional
Comfortable conducting online research
Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
Comfortable using email and web-based platforms
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, or coordination experience is helpful but not required
