We are now looking for a Requirements Engineer – Product Configuration to strengthen the Global Product Configuration (GPC) area and ensure the accuracy, consistency and commercial robustness of our product configuration rules.

Your Responsibilities
As a Requirements Engineer Product Configuration, you will manage requirements in the commercial configuration domain, covering Pricing, Costing and Logistics for Schindler products used in offer and order processing.
Your responsibilities include:
- Define and implement commercial product configuration rules , ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and Schindler’s strategic objectives.
- Define and develop technical specifications for pricing and costing configuration rules, enabling accurate and efficient commercial processes.
- Monitor change management , follow up CP/Sprint implementation and support communication with stakeholders.
- Conduct extended testing of configuration changes to ensure correctness and alignment with business logic.
- Propose and execute continuous improvements within the configuration environment.
What You Bring
- Proven knowledge of elevator systems and components (min. 3 years).
- Strong understanding of configuration applications such as SAP VC, CAMOS CPQ or equivalent (min. 3 years).
- Experience in the elevator industry (min. 3 years).
- Good knowledge of IT systems and solid overview of business processes for offer and order fulfilment (min. 2 years).
- University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar (minimum: Bachelor).
Qualifications that will strengthen your profile
- Knowledge of CAMOS Develop , CPQ tools
- Experience with Jira , PCM Integrity (task & change management)
- Knowledge of SAP ERP SD/MM
- Familiarity with CRM tools (SAP CRM, Salesforce or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment
