YOUR ROLE AT KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Replenishment Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s Operations Team, reporting to the Replenishment Coordinator.

Such talent will ensure availability of products across all channels of KIKO Stores and E-commerce website, granting the product is in the right quantity, in the right place and at the right time without compromising the company goals on service level, inventory and obsolescence.

In particular, you will:

• Drive the replenishment strategy of finished goods and POP materials for offline stores and online/ e-commerce channels
• Grant the correct service level, optimizing store and on-line inventory levels, in accordance with the commercial strategy for both baseline and promotions/events
• Monitor and analyze KPIs and develop actions accordingly
• Re-distributes and re-allocates low inventory according to business strategy
• Act as key interface between Planning/Replenishment and Warehouse Operations teams to ensure seamless information and execution flow.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• University degree, Engineering or Economics with a strong focus on supply chain
• 3-year experience in a similar role in an international environment, having worked in the supply chain / merchandise of a retail company is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, ability to extrapolate and analyze data to drive problem solving, business recommendation and performance improvement
• Ability to disagree and commit
• Fluent in English (writing, reading and speaking);
  
• Ms Office proficiency;
  
• SAP (user) ideal;
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
