Remote Technical Support for Pathology - Native Danish or Native Norwegian speaker
Você will be the go-to pathology product expert, delivering expert remote support after sales to healthcare customers. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, collaborating with Field Service, Sales, and QA teams to maintain service quality. The role blends remote diagnostics with occasional on-site visits to support sales and customer success. - Manage technical support lines and respond to customer questions
- Provide first- and second-level remote support via phone and email
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues remotely to implement solutions
- Collaborate with Field Service Engineers, Customer Applications, Sales, Technical Excellence, QA Complaints
- Record and track interactions in CRM systems (OneConnect C4C, SAP CRM)
- Participate in quality improvement projects to enhance service offerings
- Occasionally visit customers on-site to support sales activities
- Education as stated (Master’s, PhD, Medical Laboratory Technologist – Histopathology, or Field Service Engineer with pathology experience)
- Excellent technical product knowledge and remote troubleshooting skills
- Experience in a pathology laboratory or similar environment preferred
- Proficiency with computers and software applications
- Fluency in Danish and English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong problem-solving/analytical abilities and eagerness to learn new software, instruments, and consumables
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; capable of team and autonomous work
