Pharma Sales Representative – Puglia, Italy
Position reports to Area Manager, Area 6, and is based in Puglia (Bari, Andria, Barletta, Trani, Matera). Remote work is fully supported.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct sales appointments within your territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and potential new customers to expand market share.
- Provide product information and support to secure sales.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and relay market insights to support business objectives.
- Leverage data-driven insights and conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and adjust strategies.
- Design and execute educational workshops and presentations to communicate complex medical information.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, medical affairs, and internal teams to develop campaigns.
- Use digital tools and CRM platforms to track interactions, optimize strategies, and enhance client engagement.
- Prepare detailed forecasts and provide actionable insights for management.
- Evaluate personal performance against objectives and refine approaches.
- Negotiate and close sales orders in alignment with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical or related healthcare sales roles.
- Strong ability to work independently with a flexible and proactive approach to sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in sales tracking, reporting, and communication computer applications.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving skills to manage territory visits.
- Willingness to undertake assignments and adapt to varying market demands.
