Remote Paid Acquisition Manager: Scale Global Subscriptions

Replika is seeking a hands-on User Acquisition Manager to own paid UA end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms as the numbers justify. You’ll manage the ad accounts, budgets, bids, targeting, and testing to drive profitable installs and subscriptions. You’ll work daily in Ads Manager, coordinating with our UGC/creator team for testing and scaling, while owning the funnel from ad to install to subscription and reporting on CAC, ROAS, and payback by channel.
