Remote BPO Growth Director – Italy

Cactus Search seeks a Business Development Director for the Italian market to drive new enterprise client acquisition for BPO and CX solutions. This fully remote role requires building strategic relationships and closing high-value outsourcing deals with multinational brands across Italy.

You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a strong pipeline while targeting six to eight-figure deals. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
