Your key responsibilities
Develop and implement TPM programs to ensure equipment reliability. Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve equipment failures and chronic issues. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize maintenance processes. Analyze performance data to identify trends, predict failures, and develop proactive maintenance strategies. Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production staff on TPM tools. Lead and participate in TPM workshops, kaizen events, and other continuous improvement activities. Develop and maintain documentation, including One Point Lessons, Work Instructions, and maintenance plans, based on failure data. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (critical metrics such as MMTR, MTBF, UPDT) related to equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness. Full CMMS management: configuration, SOP, data update, activity planning and scheduling, asset creation/decommissioning. Spare parts warehouse management. Your profile
University degree in Industrial Engineering (Chemical, Process, Mechanical). Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reliability engineering or maintenance role, preferably within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies. Proficiency in using maintenance management software and data analysis tools (EAM preferred, but any other CMMS is fine). Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations related to maintenance activities. Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP). Italian fluent and good knowledge of English (Level B1/B2).
