Overview
The role is responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering an exceptional client experience within the premium client segment. The Relationship Manager will proactively manage a dedicated portfolio of high‑value traders, fostering long‑term relationships and ensuring strong engagement. A key focus will be increasing activity among HNWI clients by providing tailored, high‑touch services and developing a sense of community within the client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Portfolio Management : Manage and grow a portfolio of premium clients, ensuring continuous engagement and proactive outreach. Conduct regular in‑person meetings with clients, including travel when required. Strengthen long‑term relationships through consistent communication, trust‑building, and a deep understanding of client needs. Maintain high levels of client retention through excellent service delivery.
- Revenue Development : Drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships within the existing client base. Identify opportunities for strategic upselling and cross‑selling to maximize client lifetime value. Contribute to year‑on‑year portfolio growth through structured commercial planning and execution.
- Client Engagement & Events : Plan, organize, and host a range of client engagement activities, including webinars, hospitality events, and educational sessions. Build and nurture an active client community, fostering peer interaction and a sense of belonging. Monitor client satisfaction and implement actions to continuously enhance the client experience.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in premium client management within financial services with leveraged trading products expertise (CFDs, forex, derivatives)
- Proven track record managing high‑net‑worth client relationships
- Quantifiable results in revenue generation and client retention
- Bonus: Ability to bring existing client network
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- English mandatory
- Local financial market knowledge
- Revenue‑focused mindset with proven ability to meet/exceed targets
- Exceptional communication skills for complex financial product explanation
- Relationship building expertise with high‑value clients
- Event management experience for client engagement programs
- Self‑motivated with strong ability to work under pressure and challenging KPIs
Compensation Structure
- Base salary related to the previous experience
