WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities . Regulatory Reporting Assessment: Benchmarking and evolving reporting models, aligning with National Regulators/EBA/ECB requirements (e.g., COREP, FINREP, AnaCredit), and supporting annual planning and remediation activities. You will manage the end-to-end regulatory reporting process, including drafting and maintaining procedures, scheduling, data collection, validation, and submission to supervisory authorities. You will implement specialized tools for XBRL reporting, metadata management, data lineage, data quality controls, and supporting data analysis and integration for regulatory reporting platforms.
• Technologies . You will work with data analysis technologies (es. SQL). Activities will involve functional support for the implementation and configuration of data governance platforms, as well as data extraction, transformation, and analysis using industry-standard solutions.
• Team work . You will work within a collaborative and dynamic team environment, engaging with professionals from diverse backgrounds and expertise. The team values open communication, knowledge sharing, and mutual support to achieve common objectives and deliver high-quality results. WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…

• Academic background . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering.
• Valuable expertise . Passion for Finance and Regulatory Reporting ; strong technical skills in data management and reporting, regulatory compliance (e.g., BIRD, etc.). Fluent english.
• Nice to have . Experience with leading data management and analytics tools, including SQL and SAS, to support data integration and quality monitoring.
• Soft skills . Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and strong teamwork and communication abilities.
