In this role you advise on compliance and legal issues around structuring credit products in payments and banking, drafting customer‑facing documents, and navigating regulatory expectations. You will shape credit features and support Revolut’s growth while balancing risk and speed. You lead with vision yet perform executional work, handling complex matters with tight turnaround times. Responsabilità

• 3+ years of PQE
• Excellent academic and law firm credentials
• Experience advising on financial regulations across Italy
• Solid knowledge of Consumer Credit Directive (CCD), debt recovery procedures, regulatory/supervisory requirements and their impact on the credit business
• Sound judgement, composure under pressure, collaborative mindset
• Confidence making decisions under ambiguity or incomplete information
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
