Regional Team Lead, RDT Onsite Services Europe
As Regional Team Lead for RDT Onsite Services Europe, you will develop engineering capabilities aligned with the function’s vision, empowering team members to shape their career paths. You’ll remove blockers, drive performance, and ensure sustainable, healthy team dynamics while guiding on-site delivery and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll co-create technical roadmaps and lead end-to-end feature delivery to support a frictionless workplace for employees, ultimately helping Roche improve patient outcomes.
Develop engineering team capabilities aligned with project goals and vision
Encourage self-defined career journeys and enable development opportunities
Remove roadblocks and set clear performance goals
Maintain sustainable work pace and healthy team dynamics
Foster psychological safety and open communication within the team
Ensure team roles are well-defined and relevant skill coverage
Co-create Product/Service Roadmap from a technical perspective with Product Manager
Lead end-to-end delivery and ensure alignment with roadmaps and quality standards
Remove impediments to progress and manage risks with stakeholders
Define success metrics, analyze capability trends, and drive optimization
Lead budgeting and resource decisions; manage vendor contracts and headcount
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure cross-team collaboration
5+ years in people leadership, product/service management, program management, or similar
2+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology
Bachelor or advanced degree
Understanding of software development and/or service delivery methodologies
Understanding of solution, information and process architecture
Ability to define clear outcomes and drive delivery
Executive presence and strong business acumen
Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complexity
Experience in multi-site/ regional IT operations (additional qualification)
Experience with budgeting and vendor management (additional qualification)
