We are a global company specializing in smart machinery and robotic equipment for commercial applications.

Through innovative automation solutions, we supply high-efficiency maintenance equipment to golf courses, landscaping businesses, and outdoor facilities.

We are now seeking a Sales Engineer to expand our commercial robotic equipment business in the Japanese market.

This role focuses on selling and expanding the market for commercial RTK robotic mowers to golf courses and outdoor facility operators across Japan.

You will be responsible for market research, sales strategy planning, channel development, and customer management.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis on industry structure, economic trends, sales channels, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales and promotion strategies based on regional market conditions.
  • Build sales channels, select dealers, and develop new markets based on regional characteristics.
  • Support customers by providing product training, sales skill guidance, and managing purchase, sales, and inventory status.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; native-level Japanese is required, and English or Chinese language skills are a plus.
  • Experience in channel sales, machinery manufacturing, commercial equipment, robotics, or mechatronics is highly preferred.
  • Strong market insight, adaptability, and development capability.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to travel as needed.
