YOUR CHALLENGES

The Regional Service Manager , reporting directly to the COO, implements the company's strategy within the designated geographical area, managing operational and technical aspects of the team. The role focuses on developing the region's potential to achieve high performance, customer satisfaction, productivity, and effective control.

This position is based at the Italian headquarters in Orzinuovi (BS, Italy), managing the Service Area for Spain , France , and UK in cooperation with the local General Manager, involving:

  • Monitoring projects to validate/update maintenance plans shared with sales for service structuring.
  • Managing handovers with Sales regarding service levels, AB Impianti, and commissioning for new installations.
  • Ensuring safety compliance through collaboration with Health & Safety.
  • Supporting local managers in interfacing with central functions (Purchasing, Warehouses, Fleet, ICT).
  • Maintaining client relationships, measuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities.
  • Managing customer claims related to performance and availability.
  • Overseeing the Performance Management cycle for Service Area Managers and technicians.
  • Identifying resource needs and managing requests and rotations.
  • Assisting in constructing the Region’s budget.
