  • Prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy.
  • Have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Ordering Planning : Develop sales and ordering plans based on corporate marketing objectives and market demand.
  • Inventory Management : Perform daily/monthly statistical analysis on vehicle "Purchase-Sales-Inventory" (PSI) and provide timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Marketing Strategy : Achieve corporate KPIs by developing and adjusting automotive marketing strategies aligned with market dynamics.
  • Dealer Management : Conduct daily management, training, and guidance for dealers, while supervising and evaluating sales performance to ensure alignment with targets.
  • Relationship Management : Regularly visit key dealers to maintain relationships and resolve critical issues for key accounts.
  • Customer Satisfaction : Implement Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) surveys and drive rectification measures for complaints or performance gaps.
  • Operational Monitoring : Monitor terminal dealer operations and key account business performance.
  • Retail Marketing & Logistics Execution : Oversee dealer communication content, CI/VI uniformity, and advertising support policies. Finalize monthly orders/production scheduling.

Qualifications

  • With over 5 years OEM sales work experience in Italy; Candidates with sales management experience in Italy for automotive brands from China are preferred.
  • Proficient in Italian, fluent in English can be used as working language.
