I’m partnering with a well-established, engineering-led organisation to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to develop and expand activity across Italy within the industrial sector. This role focuses on high-performance interconnect solutions used across a wide range of industrial applications, including automation, machinery, robotics, and industrial equipment. The position combines strategic account development with proactive new business generation across a highly technical, solution-led market.


You'll take full ownership of the Italian industrial territory, building structured growth plans, strengthening relationships with existing OEM and end-user accounts, and identifying new opportunities across the manufacturing and industrial supply chain. Close collaboration with distributors and internal engineering teams will be key to driving design-in activity and securing long-term project wins.


In this position, you will:

  • Drive sustainable growth across the Italian industrial market
  • Develop and expand relationships with OEMs, machine builders, and industrial end users
  • Work closely with distribution partners to maximise regional industrial coverage
  • Support customers through specification, design-in, and application stages


Requirements:

  • Background in technical sales
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering
  • Experience working with OEMs or industrial manufacturing customers
  • Commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable managing a field-based territory across Italy
