We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to spearhead growth across Italy. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape strategy, drive revenue, and elevate our position as a strategic supplier to key accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share and accelerate revenue
- Build deep relationships with strategic customers, positioning us as a trusted partner
- Act as an individual contributor initially, with a clear path to leading a small team and local office
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with customer needs
What You Bring
- 5+ years of sales leadership in the active semiconductor space
- Proven success in consultative selling and business development
- Experience across industrial, defence, aerospace, or transportation markets
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Willingness to travel extensively across Italy and occasionally across EMEA
- Previous team management experience is a strong advantage
