As a well-established technology partner, we develop and manufacture high-quality AC charging solutions up to 22 kW as well as powerful DC fast-charging systems up to 1200 kW — primarily as white-label and private-label products for renowned international partners. We seek highly independent, business-minded individuals who are able to identify and realize new market opportunities — both through their existing networks and through their own proactive market development. This includes further scaling our established charging business as well as developing new, adjacent business fields with long-term growth potential.

Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) – Italy & Southern Europe

Full-time | Remote | Focus: Hardware Sales (AC & DC Charging)


Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will take ownership of building our brand presence in Southern Europe and drive market entry and regional expansion independently:


  • Build, develop, and expand our sales activities across Italy, Spain, France, and Portugal
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business partners — especially Charge Point Operators (CPOs), installation companies, EPCs, logistics operators, energy companies, and other scalable partners
  • Focus on selling our AC and DC product portfolio
  • Conduct market analysis, design and implement market-entry and growth strategies
  • Build and maintain a strong, long-term partner network
  • Prepare quotations, manage the entire sales cycle, and drive deals to closing
  • Represent Udenco at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales, Product Management, and the Executive Team
  • Provide regular reporting on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights


Your Profile

You are an entrepreneurial-minded personality with strong business development skills and a clear passion for e-mobility and renewable energy. In addition, you bring the following qualifications:


  • Practical experience in EV charging, charging infrastructure, or the wider e-mobility sector
  • An active and established network in Italy, Spain, France, or Portugal — ideally including connections to CPOs, EPCs, installation companies, logistics providers, or energy suppliers
  • Solid understanding of the Southern European charging infrastructure market
  • Language skills:
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • Italian or Spanish is highly desirable
  • French or Portuguese is a strong plus
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role
  • Good technical understanding of e-mobility technologies and a strong interest in technical topics
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Southern Europe and across Europe
  • High level of self-motivation, structured working style, strong communication skills, and clear closing strength
  • Experience in decentralized and international teams is an advantage
