In this role you own regional commercial performance, shaping go-to-market strategy and driving profitable growth across a multi-country region. Define and execute regional go-to-market models and 3-year strategies to grow market share Own regional P&L including orders, revenue, gross margin, profitability, and working capital Build senior-level customer relationships and manage channel partners for best-in-class experience Gather market intelligence on competition, pricing, and application trends; provide portfolio feedback and identify gaps Lead and develop Area Sales Managers and sales professionals; drive quarterly business reviews and a high-performance culture Develop regional sales plans with clear objectives, monitor KPIs, and take corrective actions to meet targets Responsabilità
12+ years of senior commercial leadership in industrial B2B, ideally drives/motors or automation Proven track record of profitable multi-country sales growth with direct P&L accountability Experience expanding markets and customer bases beyond existing accounts Ability to provide structured portfolio and pricing feedback to product lines and influence strategy Experience identifying acquisition targets or partnerships to accelerate market access Leadership of geographically distributed sales organizations and back-office execution Fluency in English and other regional languages
