In this role you will lead Southern Europe sales for advanced Nuclear Medicine imaging systems, aligning with corporate objectives and driving both new business and account retention. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and product updates, shaping regional strategy and delivering measurable revenue growth. This position offers the opportunity to influence hospital adoption of SPECT, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT technologies while improving patient outcomes and reducing costs. You will operate in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration and results.

Retribuzione / Benefits

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan for Southern Europe
• Drive revenue to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets with high customer satisfaction
• Collect and analyze market and competitor data to refine regional strategies
• Prospect and convert new hospital accounts while maintaining relationships with existing users
• Collaborate with Tender, Customer Service, R&D, and Field Applications teams
• Ensure customers are trained on product usage and updated on clinical data and software updates
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to delivery, coordinating product availability and inventory
• Attend industry events and provide post-event reports and follow-up

Responsabilità

• Minimum 5 years of front‑line Medical Imaging capital equipment sales experience
• Direct experience selling SPECT, SPECT/CT, and/or PET/CT systems
• Established clinical network within Nuclear Medicine departments in Southern Europe
• Extensive experience managing and driving third‑party distributors
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment
• Experience in an international medical device corporation
