About the Company:
Rt cranes Italy, a company specializing in the manufacturing of Rough Terrain Cranes based in Bologna, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for France and Africa. RT Cranes is part of Raimondi group
The key focus for this position is to strongly support the execution of an aggressive and successful distribution strategy across the globe, and to provide strong contribution on the new product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify key new market and distribution opportunities.
- Strategically support new distribution possibilities, establish professional partnerships, and apply all aspects of distribution management.
- Understand how to set aggressive turnaround targets and carry out plans to rectify underperforming regions.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and dealer networks.
- Create and implement short and long-range actions to increase volumes and margins through effective dealer management.
- Develop business plans for each dealer and ensure regular feedback on progress vs plan.
- Oversee Dealer sales targets and forecasts.
- Manage Dealer credit.
- Monitor all competitors’ activity and pricing.
- Support an effective S&OP forecast.
- Frequently and regularly travel to meet distribution partners and to develop new business.
Location:
North Italy (should be preferred near Bologna or Modena)
Qualifications &Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Background in mobile heavy equipment is preferred.
- Proven ability to understand market requirements and competitor landscapes.
- Experience in implementing a successful turnaround.
- International experience.
- Dynamic and flexible attitude.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent French, both written and spoken;
- Excellent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are strongly preferred.
- Frequent and global travel (Approx. 70%).
