This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced international sales professional with a strong background in defense, communications, and government-focused technology solutions. The role is centered on expanding business operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa while building long-term partnerships with resellers, military stakeholders, and commercial clients. You will lead regional growth initiatives, oversee high-performing teams, and drive market expansion for advanced networking technologies used in demanding environments. The position combines strategic planning, relationship management, and hands‑on business development in a fast-paced and highly technical environment. With significant international exposure and cross‑functional collaboration, this role offers the chance to influence global growth initiatives while working remotely within Europe or from a major international office location.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand market presence across EMEA territories.
  • Identify and secure foreign military sales opportunities, particularly within networking and communications sectors.
  • Lead, mentor, and support regional teams while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with international resellers, distributors, and strategic partners, including pipeline oversight and forecasting activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for reseller networks and partnership programs across the region.
  • Analyze and prioritize high-potential international markets for advanced wireless communication solutions.
  • Evaluate and onboard new partners, agents, consultants, and channel representatives.
  • Coordinate regional participation in trade shows, industry conferences, and customer engagement events.
  • Collaborate with internal business development and engineering teams to address market‑entry challenges and support product adoption internationally.
  • Travel regularly to customer and partner locations to strengthen relationships and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience supporting government‑related international projects.
  • Strong background in foreign military sales, ideally focused on networking, wireless communications, or defense technologies.
  • Proven experience in international sales strategy, account development, and regional business expansion.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross‑functional or geographically distributed teams.
  • Solid understanding of project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and partner program execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills across multicultural environments.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
  • Eligibility to obtain or hold a United States Security Clearance is required.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration and additional experience in technical sales management considered strong advantages.
