Regional Sales Director – Ingredient-Level (Human or Animal Health) – Fully remote – Europe
Travel: ~50% – international client visits and major trade shows
Compensation: Reflecting seniority and scope – strong base + uncapped margin-based commission

You’ll lead commercial growth across either the Human Health/OTC or Animal Health portfolio - owning your territory, shaping your strategy, and selling into major multinational accounts.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead B2B ingredient sales across your assigned region (Europe)
• Manage and grow a portfolio of $100K+/month accounts
• Sell into multinational Human or Animal Health clients
• Deliver tailored solutions through collaboration with internal sourcing and regulatory teams
• Represent the brand at major international trade shows (CPhI, Vitafoods, DCAT)

What you’ll bring

• A proven track record in ingredient-level sales to multinational clients
• Experience with aligned products (e.g., Trizepatide, APAP, Benzocaine, Lincomycin)
• Confidence in regulated sales environments (FDA/EMA/GMP)
• Clear examples of volumes sold and named accounts owned
