Job Title

Regional Retail Training Manager

Responsibilities

Training Management for HONOR West European Market. In charge of the training strategy, planning, execution and ROI evaluation, enhancing the retail team’s sales ability and customer service capability through product knowledge, sales skill, and improving Field Force team performance.

Regional Training Strategy & Coordination

Coordinate and oversee retail training roadmaps with all countries within the region for products and training skills.

Content Development & Creative Output

  • Product Training: Translate complex technical specifications into consumer-friendly selling points and standardized training modules.
  • Multi-Media Content: Design high-impact PPTs and training manuals.
  • Video Production: Script, film, and edit training videos and role‑play scenarios for digital learning platforms.

Training Delivery & “Train-the-Trainer” (TTT)

  • Direct Instruction: Lead high-level training sessions for country-level trainers, store managers, and key account staff.
  • Field Coaching: Conduct regular market visits to audit training effectiveness and provide real-time coaching at the retail shop floor.

Performance Analytics

  • ROI Evaluation: Track and analyze the correlation between training activities and sales performance.
  • Feedback Loops: Establish a regional feedback mechanism to continuously optimize training materials based on market reality.

Support Country Training Program

Responsible for training agency choosing and management.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in the smartphone or tech industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a training management or retail operations role.
  • Proficiency in video shooting and editing for micro‑learning content.
  • Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills. Ability to simplify technical jargon into compelling stories.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross‑border stakeholders and coordinate teams across diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and verbal).
