adidas is seeking a Regional Retail Learning Director to shape store team capability across Italy and South East Europe within the Sales team. You will lead the retail learning strategy, build partnerships with senior retail leaders, HR, franchise teams, and district and store leaders to ensure locally relevant and commercially impactful solutions.
You will lead and develop a team of Retail Training Managers across the region.
