This role in summary

You will support key European markets, ensure the effective deployment of dishwashing projects, range maintenance activities and contribute to defining the commercial strategy for the category. The role acts as a bridge between Headquarters, Regional teams, and Local markets, enabling strong project execution and business performance.


Your responsibilities will include

Market Support & Commercial Execution

  • Serve as primary point of contact for the markets, ensuring timely support on product, commercial, and coordination needs.
  • Manage the commercialization process for new SKUs, including MDM governance, SKU creation steps, and delivery of launch assets.
  • Facilitate communication between markets and HQ to address requests, remove blockers, and ensure alignment.

Project Deployment & Portfolio Definition

  • Build and maintain the Base Model Catalogue, defining SKU architecture and feature combinations.
  • Analyze competition through product benchmarks, features and price comparison.
  • Support business cases, consolidating market inputs.
  • Ensure market requirements for B2B/B2C launch assets are captured and addressed within project plans.

Range Management

  • Support the range management through code commercialization, picture prioritization, and GCI coordination.
  • Analyze range logic, identify opportunities for growth, and evaluate SKU efficiency to guide market decisions.
  • Support the product offer optimization across channels and trade partners.

Strategic support

  • Support the presentations for senior management, synthesizing insights from markets, projects, and category performance.
  • Interpret market data to benchmark our products against competitors and highlight actionable insights for the Regional PM team.


Minimum requirements

  • Currently studying a Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or similar field.
  • Fluent English
  • Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to details
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Interest in product management in a consumer goods industry
  • Ability to work in an agile, cross-functional environment
  • Clear and proactive communication
