The Performance Reporting & Insights Analyst is the analytical engine of the Regional Performance Hub.

This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all performance reporting across G10 markets, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights used by:

• RMPE leadership

• Brand CEOs & Commercial Directors

• Market CMOs

• Media, Digital, CRM & Performance teams

The mission is to deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting that supports faster, data driven decisions across the region and strengthens the performance governance model.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Weekly Reporting & Funnel Alerts

• Produce the Weekly Regional Funnel Alerts (Brand + Market versions).

• Consolidate media, digital and lower funnel KPIs into a single narrative.

• Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, consistent and visually clear.

• Support Central Hub leads by preparing funnel data extracts and insights.


2. Dashboard Management & Data Quality

• Build, maintain, and improve Regional Power BI dashboards.

• Conduct weekly and monthly data validation checks:

o Missing data

o Wrong classifications

o Market discrepancies

o KPI definition alignment

• Troubleshoot data issues with Markets, Digital Ops, CRM and Agencies.


3. Insights Interpretation & First-Level Analysis

• Provide first layer diagnosis on performance movements:

o Sessions & Engaged Sessions

o LFAs & Leads

o Offers & Orders

• Identify unusual patterns that require escalation to Media, Digital or CRM Leads.

• Support Tier 1/2 escalations with fast turnaround (≤48 hours).


4. Standardization & Methodology Enforcement

• Maintain harmonized KPI definitions, templates, and governance rules.

• Ensure all Markets use:

o unified funnel logic

o standard naming convention

o consistent reporting structure

• Document processes and contribute to the Regional Performance Playbook.


5. Ad Hoc Analysis & Support to Leadership

• Prepare tailored analysis for:

o Brand CEOs

o Market MDs

o RMPE

o Commercial and Sales Directors

• Support budget reviews, FME cycles, and quarterly business reviews.

• Create visual performance summaries and executive-ready charts.


6. Collaboration Across Functions

• Work closely with:

o Media Insights Lead

o Digital Engagement & Experience Manager

o Lead & Conversion Insights Manager

o Market Performance Leads & Analysts

o Digital Ops & CRM teams

o Media Agency

• Support operational alignment between Central and Market teams.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Power BI (high proficiency) – dashboard building, data modelling basics, visuals.

• Excel advanced – pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, merging datasets.

• Understanding of:

o media metrics

o digital engagement KPIs

o CRM/lead funnel definitions

• PowerPoint for insight storytelling.

• Basic knowledge of GA4 and CRM tools (nice to have).


SENIORITY LEVEL

Analyst / Specialist, expected to interact with:

• Regional Performance Hub leads

• Market Performance Teams

• Digital Ops & CRM teams

• Media Agency performance analysts

• Brand & Market business units

• Weekly Alerts delivered on time, error free, and consistently adopted by Brands & Markets.

• Dashboards maintained with high data quality (>98% accuracy).

• Clear improvement in the speed and precision of performance diagnosis.

• Markets fully aligned to standardized KPIs and reporting templates.

• Recognized as a trusted analytical partner across RMPE, Brands, and Markets.

• Executive teams use reporting outputs as a primary reference for decision making.
