NXP is seeking to fill the position of Regional Marketing Manager for the South EMEA region . The position reports into the EMEA GSM Regional Marketing and Business Development organization, with a dedicated focus on the NXP MCU portfolio.

The Regional Marketing Manager MCU will be responsible for driving MCU products and solutions mainly within the mass market and distribution. The role involves leading go-to-market efforts to increase demand creation, revenue, and market share within the EMEA region.

This is a high-visibility role that collaborates across various functions, businesses, and European countries within NXP. The impact and influence are significant, with expectations to deliver tangible results for the company.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Driving growth strategies and programs with key customers and corporate distributors.
  2. Defining marketing strategies for key accounts and ensuring support of account plans to increase processor device demand.
  3. Promoting strategies to internal stakeholders such as Regional Sales Managers, sales teams, distribution leaders, and Field Application Engineering leaders.
  4. Ensuring coordination with sales leaders to capitalize on key opportunities.
  5. Collaborating with EMEA Sales Operations and Distribution Sales teams to meet KPIs and secure NXP's growth ambitions.
  6. Managing new product introductions, including regionalization of collateral and demand creation.
  7. Developing and executing low-touch/no-touch marketing programs focused on account sales and distribution teams across EMEA.
  8. Understanding competitive offerings and guiding sales teams accordingly.
  9. Driving business development by engaging new customers, securing feedback for new product definitions, and collaborating with ecosystem partners.
  10. Leading technical marketing initiatives with centralized resources.

Experience Requested:

  • Business development and product management experience in the tech and semiconductor industry are advantageous.
  • Understanding of EMEA semiconductor distribution networks.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Experience with sales in third-party distribution networks and design houses.
  • Electrical engineering background, with an MBA as a plus.
  • Experience with system solutions and familiarity with competitors.
  • Knowledge of design flow, microcontrollers, microprocessors, ARM cores is beneficial.
