Regional Marketing and Projects Lead - Europe

Overview
This is a remote position that can be located throughout Europe, although Southern Europe is preferred. The role requires approximately 30% travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the organization of European events, including tradeshows, customer events, international/local events, and webinars.
- Ensure detailed project management, excellent preparation, and thorough follow-up for designated projects.
- Plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns using various tactics, audiences, and timelines.
- Conduct competitive market analysis, enhance digital innovation, and continuously evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to improve efficiency, sales, and profits.

Qualifications
- Minimum Required
- Required Bachelor's degree Animal Nutrition, Veterinary, Agriculture with a specialization in marketing
- Agriculture related background or experience
- 5-7 years of experience
- Proficient Experience with:
- Event Organization and Management
- Planning and executing agricultural events, such as tradeshows, customer events, and webinars, with attention to detail and project management skills.
- Marketing Campaigns
- Designing and producing marketing campaigns tailored to the agricultural industry, utilizing various tactics and channels, including digital platforms.
- Public Relations and Sponsorships
- Managing public relations efforts, securing sponsorships, and liaising with external suppliers relevant to the agriculture sector.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conducting competitive market analysis and tracking industry trends within agriculture to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign performance.
- Digital Innovation
- Enhancing digital platforms and tools specific to agriculture, and integrating them into marketing campaigns while staying updated with the latest digital trends in the industry.
- Preferred
- 7+ years of marketing experience
- Knowledge of animal production and animal nutrition
Work Environment and Travel
This job operates in a professional corporate office environment. Position can be done fully remote. Location - Europe. This position requires an estimated 30% travel, but it may be higher depending on business needs. Occasional travel is primarily within Europe but will include occasional other international travel.
Schedule
This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
