The Regional Market Leader (RML) for Personal Protection in Western / Central Europe (WE / CE), which includes Thermal Industrial, Emergency Response, Military Thermal, and Mechanical Protection segments, is responsible for leading the regional cross-functional team to achieve financial objectives and growth programs. The RML is accountable for regional revenue, gross contribution, and integrated business planning.
In addition, the RML serves as the Strategic Marketing expert, developing a deep understanding of regional market trends, customer segmentation, value chain analysis, marketing strategies, and competitive dynamics to support a 5-year strategic plan and reinforce leadership in existing markets while driving growth in emerging markets.
The RML will develop and implement priorities and plans to drive sales and profitability, monitor performance, and adjust tactics. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies for pricing, distribution, brand promotion, and partnerships; collaborating with sales and technology teams; assessing customer needs; driving innovation; partnering with supply chain; and supporting regional expansion efforts.
