What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead regional market access strategy for Piemonte and Liguria, aligned with national plans.
- Support pricing and access strategies from launch through lifecycle.
- Build relationships with hospital directors, chief pharmacists, and regional health authorities.
- Represent ADVANZ PHARMA ethically and credibly.
- Shape healthcare environment using tailored value narratives.
- Monitor regional healthcare landscape via stakeholder mapping and policy analysis.
- Collaborate with medical, commercial, and market access teams.
- Customize value propositions for regional payers with appropriate tools and data.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support local tender and access activities.
About You
You are passionate about improving patient access and skilled at navigating complex healthcare systems. You seek professional growth and want to make a meaningful impact early in your career.
Qualifications & Experience
- Scientific or economic degree (Essential); Master’s in Market Access / Public Affairs (Desirable).
- Market access experience in pharma; launch experience with innovative and/or biosimilars preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Piemonte (Essential) and Liguria (Desirable) health systems.
- Understanding of HTA processes (Desirable).
- Proven ability to execute strategy and negotiate with regional stakeholders.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in Italian; English proficiency is a plus.

- Willing to travel regularly within the region.
