Regional Manager – North

This position could be based in any Amazon Operations centre across northern Italy, depending on availability and business needs. Relocation support will be provided as needed. On‑site presence is required.

We are seeking a Graduate Shift Manager – Delivery Operations to join our vast fulfilment and operations network, across various locations in the EU.

This is a permanent position from day one.

You will be an inspiring leader in one of the following areas within the FC operations: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack or Ship. Alternatively, you may work at a Delivery Station, where you will continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes, ensuring that customer orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost‑effectively as possible.

In this role you will lead a team or a process from day one, be responsible for training and integration of your team, and drive progress. You will exercise sound judgement, ensuring that progress and targets are realistic and achievable.
