• Operational Excellence – Lead high‑volume hiring initiatives while maintaining quality standards and 70% speed‑to‑fill targets for critical roles

• Risk & Compliance Leadership – Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and Amazon policies while proactively managing workforce planning risks

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience as an HR Business Partner or experience in an HR functional area including, but not limited to HRP, HR services, or recruiting

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large complex programs experience
• Knowledge of compensation/total rewards, talent management, performance management, compliance, and organization design and development
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects and initiatives
