Regional Property Manager Italy / France

As Regional Property Manager, you’ll ensure our hubs in Italy and France are sustainable and energy-efficient while balancing strategic planning with daily operations. With your technical know-how and leadership, you’ll guide local teams, manage partners, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. What You’ll Do
- Turn maintenance strategy into smart, future-proof plans
- Build and run preventive maintenance programs
- Keep budgets healthy and spot cost-saving opportunities
- Lead and coach local maintenance managers across countries
- Partner with suppliers and build strong relationships
- Take charge in technical challenges and crisis situations
- Push forward sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
What You’ll Have
- You have a degree in Engineering, Facility Management or similar
- You bring 5–8 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in hospitality
- You have managed multiple sites and teams before
- You know building systems, regulations and safety standards inside out
- You bring strong communication and organizational skills
- You have solid experience managing budgets
- You’re fluent in English; Italian/French is essential
