In this field‑based role, you drive sustainable sales growth for key customers across Rome and Lazio, aligning commercial efforts with brand strategies. You’ll manage sell‑in and sell‑out, optimize category mix, and build strong customer partnerships to lift profitability and market share. Drive achievement of sales targets and KPIs through effective customer management and commercial agreements Negotiate, implement and monitor agreements to sustain growth and customer satisfaction Develop and execute customer business plans to optimize category and portfolio mix Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing to implement category strategies and customer plans Develop and monitor promotional plans aligned with company objectives and customer needs Identify opportunities to accelerate category growth using market analysis and customer insights Conduct store checks to assess availability, promotions, and shopper behaviour and provide actionable recommendations Support cross‑functional execution to improve in‑store performance and sell‑out Qualifications
Bachelor in Business Administration 4–5 years of FMCG sales experience managing key customers and driving commercial performance Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills Results‑oriented with high accountability, ownership and autonomy Dynamic, proactive, energetic mindset with a customer‑centric approach Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills Benefits
