Regional IT Manager

For an international and structured organization, we are looking for a Regional IT Manager with a strong strategic and operational mindset, within the assigned region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the regional IT strategy in line with business objectives and Group guidelines, ensuring a stable, efficient, and user-friendly IT environment.


  • Ensure IT systems effectively support the operational and commercial needs across the region.


  • Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and optimization of IT and OT infrastructure in collaboration with central Competence Centers.


  • Guarantee the reliability and performance of hardware, software, networks, and servers.


  • Build strong relationships with regional business stakeholders and manage the regional IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.


  • Lead and coordinate regional IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.


  • Support commercial branches on all IT-related topics, from the rollout of central initiatives to the execution of local requirements.


  • Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures in partnership with the central Cybersecurity team, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices.


  • Manage relationships with external IT and service providers, including contract negotiation, service level monitoring, and cost optimization.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).


  • At least 5 years of experience in senior IT management roles, preferably in multi-site and international environments.


  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.


  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP (SD, MM, PP, FI/CO modules).


  • Proven experience in leading functional, application, and infrastructure IT teams.


  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.


  • Fluent in English, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
